I didn't use the fancy lounge or library or restaurant but they impressed.
From the smile at entering the gates on arrival to settling up on departure every staff member encountered was smiling, pleasant to chat to and unobtrusively attentive to every request. Having on previous visits to Oudtshoorn eaten at many of the towns better restaurants I can now say I have eaten at the best of the best - Rosenhof. The dinner choices, the wine list, the service were all superb in every manner. Rosenhof is a place to linger, to unwind, to relax with a good book and most of all to savor the experience of tranquility. I had one niggle with a shower drain, it was fixed properly the same day and all was well. I cannot recommend Rosenhof highly enough.
