Very neat and clean and staff are very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.
We prefer Rustenburg Palm Lodge because it is neat, clean. We are kindly received as well as we leave.
I have enjoyed my stay at Rustenburg Palm Lodge. The food is good and the WiFi signal is strong. The TV signal is very poor. I was in room 9 and don't know about the TV signal in other rooms. There was no bar fridge in room 9.
That some rooms don't have fridges or air conditioning. Only 3 TV stations was a big turnoff. The kitchen cannot serve the same breakfast every day. That was also a turn off. The swimming pool rules were also a turn off. You booked, drinks allowed in the pool area, but a bloody expensive cash bar closing at 6, whereas it was hot at night. Night swimming died when?
Very neat place, restaurant and bar very neat, food was good. Very friendly people.
No real complaints. A bit close to the train track, but not too much of a bother.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and the children really enjoyed the pool.

This lodge is more for singles or couples wanting somewhere to sleep and drink. Not really for kids. We were there for an event and just needed somewhere to stay but unfortunately, I wouldn't return with my kids. I feel a hotel where the 4 of us could stay in the room with breakfast was rated at the same price, in a better area, without drunk people walking past your room until late hours of the night.
No WiFi password is provided! Stayed 2 days and did not receive a new towel on day 2. Photos and what you get are not the same.
The stay was amazing for my colleagues.
They are friendly. Rooms clean and tidy. Location not very good, terribly noisy at night. The breakfast and dinner were delicious.
The accommodation was quiet and tidy with staff who were helpful and friendly.
We had to make hospital visits and accommodation was amazingly close to hospital with less traffic than expected.

The people were from the bar, they stood next to my door and have their chats there, I was staying in room 4, not ideal for people who are light sleepers. TV had only 4 channels, my granddaughter was frustrated we ended up using my laptop for her to watch movies. The breakfast was very dry, with no tomatoes for the R95 breakfast.

The swimming pool is only open until 7 and it is at a bar. It would be great if there is a swimming pool just for residents only separate from the bar, and you can cool off after work. As a woman travelling for business, I did not feel safe on the premises nor at the swimming pool, located at a bar filled with men drinking heavily. The lock in my room also did not work. Room 25.
There was noise the morning of 19 December 2022.
I enjoyed staying in that place. It was the best.
Restaurant average, room nice with good bed and clean linen, curtains old and worn, only one sachet coffee and tea per person and one sachet milk per person. Bathroom - clean towels, bath seal worn and leaking, shower did not work, vanity edging fallen off, vanity tap was loose, toilet paper holder falling apart. Pool and pool bar were great even after major rains. Guests coming back at three Sunday morning were rowdy and nothing was done about it, noise lasted till 04:30. Bathroom and noise of guests given above were major disappointment and availability of tea and coffee was poor.
Staff friendly and helpful, enough parking, food was delicious.
I enjoyed my stay at Palm Lodge with my friend and the restaurants and bar in the lodge are a plus for me, unfortunately, we only stayed one night, I can't wait to be back for the second time.

On arrival everyone was friendly. Place is clean and tidy. Nice hot water in shower. Had restful nights.

This is a bed and breakfast hotel. Not suitable for someone wanting to go self-cater. No fridge or microwave in the room, only a kettle. Room is cleaned every day, even on Sundays. Reception service is excellent. Not really suitable for children, not even the pool area since there is a bar at the pool. We were safe, although we did not feel completely safe, due to people coming and going. The parking is safe and behind a security gate with a security guard at night. If you need to stay over with friends, it is suitable since the restaurant has a good menu and with company, it could be a nice stay. Proper hotel rooms.
I asked for sleeping space for 4 people in one room, we were then divided into 2 groups and had to transfer the mattress myself (which barely fit) so that my other children could sleep with us. At the restaurant they refuse to take your order, you have to beg for your food yourself at the counter. The place was full of people who started drinking by 10 o'clock in the morning, were very noisy and shouting and it went on until late in the evening. It was bearably hot and would really recommend that they put air conditioners in the rooms as the one small fan didn't really do the job.
People were very friendly and their food was excellent, didn't need to drive anywhere for food.
We will use Rustenburg Palm Lodge again, because the service and people are excellent.

It would have been nice if there was a small fridge in the room. It was very hot in Rustenburg and we couldn't even keep our cold drinks cold. The sink faucet also leaks. Can't wrap completely.
They just need to add refrigerators in the rooms, other than that everything was fine.
If they can please add at least news and sport (soccer) channels to the TV programs.

We had to ask which direction to go when we checked in. The bags for coffee facilities only contained one coffee. After 23:00 there was noise in the corridors with people talking incredibly loudly. We asked upon check-in what time breakfast was served, and we were told 07:00. This morning when we got there they said it was 08:00. We made plans around these times. So we couldn't wait for 08:00 for breakfast. Customer service is poor. At least the room was clean.

I guess due to the fact I was desperate and I needed an overnight stay, I had no option but to take the next available place. But to be honest, due to the noise from the group that evening, I would hesitate to advise someone who needs a quiet place to spend. Rules and regulations compromise the place.
I would recommend it to anyone. The food, specifically the burger, was delicious. The lady at the bar was absolutely friendly and welcoming. It's such a vibe.

We were just very disappointed with the wait for breakfast. We did not enjoy our breakfast together because we were first and first ordered, but we as parents only got our breakfast after 35 minutes and people who came after us received their breakfast first. Our children only received their breakfast at 07:47 and we went at 7:00 because we had to be elsewhere at 8:00. They can definitely work on their breakfast waiting period.

Had a lovely stay at Rustenburg Palm Lodge. It's just a short distance away from Sun City with friendly staff and a clean room. The breakfast every morning was an unexpected surprise and the food fantastic.

Our accommodation was great. Most pleasant experience. Thank you for the upgrade to self-catering. Place was clean, people were friendly and over all was a good experience. Foodworx meals were delicious and tasty, definitely will revisit!
