House rules

These house rules may change without prior notice. By accepting this quotation, you agree to adhere to all terms of use of the property. 
No tenants under the age of 21 are permitted without parental supervision for the duration of their stay. Guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect if they fail to adhere to these rules.
Strictly no smoking allowed inside the apartment. 
The maximum day visitors at the apartment are 4 people. 
Day visitors must leave the premises by 22:00 on the day of their arrival.
The host does not allow parties or loud music.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 3 days after departure via EFT, provided that there are no breakages or damages.
Cleaning is available on request at an additional fee of R250 per service. Please note that a cleaning service does not include a change of linen.
Guests need to provide their own swimming and beach towels.
Pet Policy:
All dogs are welcome and must be healthy and free of ticks or fleas. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Dogs sleep inside; please bring your own dog beds, bedding, and bowls. Dogs are not to be left inside the apartment when guests go out, no exceptions; non-compliance with this shall lead to a penalty of R1000.
Pets are not allowed to be left alone at the unit for more than 90 minutes a day.
Pets should not be left alone from 21:00 at night at the unit.
Once a booking is confirmed, guests will receive a detailed list of house rules and the pet policy.
