This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a small balcony from where one can enjoy sea views. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower while the other has a shower only. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The house is serviced daily, except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
Outside, there is a sunken braai area that guests can make use of. Parking is outside just behind the garage. Its a safe and quite area. No smoking allowed in the house, but guests may smoke outside on the patio. We regret, pets are not allowed. Due to our fantastic position on top of the hill, we are only 500 m from the sea, but regrettably not that easy to reach by foot. It is, therefore, best to drive to one of the many beaches available. There is 1 closed parking and 1 parking behind it. Only 2 vehicles are allowed.
Within a 2-km radius, there is a Pick 'n Pay with lovely coffee shop and a big Spar, a KFC takeaway , Nandos, Debonairs, outlets. Galleria Shopping Centre is approximately 10km away, offering ice skating facilities, go-karting, movies, restaurants, and shops.

Very clean and tidy. Fantastic sea view. I would recommend this place anytime and we had a great stay.

There was unfortunately no access to an iron, to press our clothes. Other than that, stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Everything was perfect, small children do have to be watched closely outside with the cliff in front of the house but it won't stop us from staying there again. It was really clean and tidy and the view is great!

A short drive to Winkelspruit's swimming beach. All amenities you have at home and the beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.

We vacationed in September 2019 at Seaview Villas. The unit meets every need and is superbly furnished. Tinka is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend Seaview Villas to anyone! It didn't just feel like any holiday, we felt like family during the time we stayed there.
This unit is really worth every penny! The view of the sea is just breathtaking and you can just sit and relax for hours. The whole place was very clean and neat. Everything one would need and more is at your disposal in the kitchen, living room, rooms and bathrooms. The service we received from everyone is 10 out of 10!
The view is wonderful. Seeing the beach and sea even if you are not on the beach, you still hear the sea in the evening as you sleep. Very happy with everything.

The dust was thick on wall hangings, ceiling fans, light switches etc. There had certainly been work done in the one bathroom, but the part of the wall near the faucets was open and not even tiled, but only pieces of cement. I have previously booked through LekkeSlaap and was very impressed with their customer service, as well as the cleanliness and clean accommodations. Unfortunately in this case we were very disappointed. At least I have to say that the next morning (after we slept there one night) we contacted the owner and informed her of our objections. She refunded the rest of the amount into our bank account within a few minutes and apologized.

Seaview Villas is truly an amazing place for a break away. Beautiful sea views from 2 of the bedrooms with balconies, as well as from the sitting room. Very spacious and clean. Amazing braai area where you can socialize around a bonfire or braai and listen is to waves crashing. I would recommend it to anyone.

Stay was pleasant in the sense that everything was very tidy. All the necessary facilities are available and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The bedrooms, although somewhat cramped, are tidy and there is ample storage space in the wardrobes. As with all other properties, coastal rust is always a major problem and needs constant maintenance. The single garage is cramped although it can accommodate a mid-size car. The electric locking door still offers protection and peace of mind.
Had a great time and the lady who was there, Mary, was very helpful and friendly. Can really recommend it. Sea view is beautiful. Area is nice and quiet.
