39 guests' feedbackLovely to go to bed and wake up with only the sound of the sea. The residence is very neat and equipped with everything you need. Boeta does inform you that you must bring your own towels, but please remember. that it also includes your own kitchen towel. Fortunately, we are campers and always have such things in the vehicle.
Unit was beautiful how ever not properly cleaned since the last stay. The bathroom had hair and other body fluids. I messaged the unit manager on Friday evening and he only returned my call on the Saturday evening, he however did read my message and did not respond.
Value for money. Will recommend to other guests. Location was stunning, few steps from the beach and close to everything you need. There is only one inconvenience, the garage was very small, otherwise everything was nice.
Beautiful, clean and delicious. We enjoyed every moment of our time at Villa Flamenco 10. With the beautiful sea view, the short distance you walk to the beach and the nice living space, we will return anytime. The customer service we received was great. We would recommend Villa Flamenco 10 anytime.
If you stay longer than 5 days, all you need is a washing machine.
The home was very clean with a modern touch. The beach access is wonderful. Both rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean. I would highly recommend this place. It offers the best value for money.
Unit is clean and tidy and well equipped. Sea view and by the sea. Really enjoyed the unit and found it comfortable. Will definitely visit nr 10 again!

Beautiful, unique and practical unit. More beautiful than the photos. Everything works well, the owners thought of everything when furnishing the unit. Very clean and tidy, that's a big plus for us. Very nice view and with only a few steps on the beach. Well located and within walking distance of everything there is to offer in the area. Thanks to the owner for his help and communication that made our stay comfortable. We look forward to our next holiday again at no. 10! We thoroughly enjoyed it and definitely good value for money.
Location spot on. Well situated in between two fabulous tidal pools within walking distance. Felt very safe on the beach. Ladies bring your own hairdryer as there isn't one in the unit.
The lady who came to clean was there a little late in the day and left the dishes on the drying rack just like that and just swept the floors and threw out small trash. We had a great time and the view was much more than what we got from the photos. We also saw dolphins and a whale and the kitchen is wonderfully equipped. We also got WiFi from the owner which was a bonus.
Neat, well located, affordable for a family looking to get away for more than a week without breaking the bank.
Ideal place for a short break or even a longer valance.
Location excellent. Unit neat and secure. Full DStv package. Just a suggestion: maybe a bigger trash can in the kitchen and bigger glasses to drink out of. Would recommend the unit.

Oven and microwave were dirty. One set of keys very inconvenient.
The toilet's flushing mechanism does not work. Must close supply tap by hand. Otherwise no problems. Would recommend arriving by small vehicle. Parking is tight. Will book again.
Is a nice quiet beach complex located close to shopping centers with great views of the ocean.
Good middle class accommodation, the arrangements were excellent and everything needed was there (except towels). Everything is neat and clean and the beds are of good quality. We would book there again anytime!
We stayed in no. 9. Great, clean, relaxed complex. The parking is a challenge if you're driving an SUV though.
Garage is too small, difficult to move in and out.
We really enjoyed our stay and the fact that it was right by the beach was very convenient. It is just the collection of the keys that was an issue.
Accommodation was neat and clean. Nice close to the swimming beach. Ideal for self catering.
The week was characterized by a drill and "grind" every day of the week from 08:00 in the morning until after 16:00 in the evening. We couldn't use the porch because builders were watching us all the time. Coming off the beach, there are half-naked men getting dressed for the day's construction ahead. There were so many builders moving on and around the place, one did not feel safe. We left 2 days early because you just couldn't hold it. We let the owner know and he just said he was sorry but that's just the way it is. I will not recommend the place to anyone until they finish building and who knows how long that will be.
Highly recommend it. It is right on the beach, peaceful and safe. There are good swimming spots so take your snorkel with.
