I normally arrive very early at Te Moi due to my feeding scheme in Paarl area. Owners allow me to book in early. The cottage was freshly cleaned. I did my spot check on the cottage and I was satisfied that the place was clean. As a GM of a 5-star villa, it's a habit. Te Moi was recently upgraded and I like the new placement of the bed. More space in the bedroom. The kitchen layout is much better. The reason why I like this place is that it's safe and the neighbours are always friendly whenever I see them. The location is very central.
Yes, we really enjoyed it and it was very comfortable. It is large and very suitable for two persons.
We will definitely stay there again!
Get what you pay for, just don't like my vehicle having to be parked off site.
Unfortunately there was a problem with ants and small cockroaches. Towels not changed in the 8 days we were there.
Nice and quiet and ready for when you want to lay your head down. Apart from the bad reviews, we enjoyed it. We would recommend WiFi and better TV channels. There is currently only OVHD with no WiFi. The neighbors next door/above did fight again as mentioned in previous reviews.

It was good but I felt that they should have told me about the WiFi. I paid the full amount upfront and there were too many mosquitoes and flies.
I feel the photos reflect the accommodation, but hide things. There are no nightstands next to the bed to put your things down. Was woken up at 11 at night with people staying in the main house making incredible noise. No WiFi/internet and very bad phone reception in the room. Bedding has seen better days and the bed has been slept through. Nothing in the bathroom like a soap, or body wash for the 'one-day' traveller. No cushions for the bench outside and the braai needs cleaning. Can mention that the shower is amazing.
Very nice place. But was dirty. Food in the microwave, which was already rotten. Cobwebs on the roof of the room and living area, window glass that is out. No Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately, the experience was negative, despite previous "reviews" we had read. The place was not properly cleaned, the couch was full of stains, there was no WiFi, 2 windows were broken, there was no coffee, and the parking was outside on the sidewalk. The place needs attention.

The place was very clean and well equipped. It was perfect for an overnight stay for a wedding. It was much bigger than I expected. The cleanliness was 10/10 and it was very modern. I would definitely recommend it. The host was very helpful.

Place smells of old sweat, bed linen had hair on it, air conditioning, loadshedding light's remote control and TV didn't work, black mildew on windows that can't even close and so the guests have to lie in bed with cold air blowing all the time on their way. Weak, weak, weak.

The place was dirty. Stunk of smoke. Dead insects in the place. Oven dirty inside. Seasoned with salt. Shower smooth and slimy. Very unpleasant experience. Hair in our bed. Crumbs in our bed.
Layout of Te Moi is very modern, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect!
Te Moi is quite small, but on the road you only need clean bedding and a shower. The bed sleeps well and the shower is 5-star. The place is furnished with all that is needed for an overnight stay. I was there for 3 nights and really enjoyed it.

If we had stayed longer, WiFi might have been a good option to have, but otherwise it was a very pleasant and delightful experience. The arrangement with the key is also very cute and incredibly convenient and it also made it much easier for us to check in when we were ready as we were there for a netball tournament. So, well done and thank you very much. We will come again anytime!
The place is very nice and quite well furnished. The communication between the caretaker/manager and the guests could improve regarding the key box code etc. The folding couch in the living room is not for an adult at all, only for children. The photos are a bit misleading with what was available. There was also no wifi. There was also laundry in the washing machine. Paarl is extremely beautiful in nature and Te Moi is ideal for a young couple.

The place was well-situated and easy to get to. Very open and nice clean and very neat. I will definitely recommend more people to go. I took my parents for a nice and quiet night because I don't see them often. From their response, they were very happy with the place. Thank you for a lovely stay.
We struggled to get into the apartment at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, after having to drive a long way with a baby in the car. We had to knock on the tenant's door to get the owner's number. (The number was not filled in and according to the tenant this often happens). The agent contacted and WhatsApped us too late with directions to come in. Load shedding was blamed for the poor communication even though it was not load shedding. The load shedding schedule was sent after it was already load shedding. The load shedding light did not work. The roof or plate or something was banging all night and we didn't sleep at all. Our rental car had to sleep on the street while the neighbors' dogs barked. And we are waiting for our bottle of wine in the mail, after having to ask for it twice and sending the agent proof that it was advertised. The apartment is located on the outskirts of town and we will book closer to town next time. We discussed this with the owner and she apologized, offered to mail the wine and offered a free night. We asked for a refund seeing that we will not book here again, but it was refused. All said and done, the apartment would have been adequate under other circumstances even if the photos and promotions are not exactly as advertised.
Everything I needed was in Te Moi. In the Paarl heat, the air conditioning in the room is a relief and the bonus was that the place was beautifully decorated. The owners were friendly and helpful. Wifi would have helped though.
We had a great stay and the house has enough for the period. The air conditioning in the room worked very well for the hot weather. Nice switch off for the short time.
Except for the gizzards and gizzards outside. we had a very nice stay. It would be good to inform people from far away about it then they can make preparations.

The location of Te Moi is central to my projects. The costs of room is low enough and i feel safe at all times.
There was no fridge, stove or sofa bed. The setup for 2 was disappointing.
The place is spotless, everything you need and more, we only stayed one night, visited the most beautiful wine farms in the area, and then checked in and relaxed there for barbecues and socializing, als is neat and well furnished, we will for sure book again at Te Moi, and stay a few days longer next time. It was perfect for a couple who just want to get away and enjoy the area.
The location is perfect. The ambiance of the room is positive. It is spacious and furnished in a modern way. Bed is comfortable and there is a huge bathroom.

We were concerned about the safety. Twice during the night someone tried to enter the outer door by opening the door handle. We turned on the lights and could hear someone running away.

We actually just slept over. Wanted to watch some TV, but the power went out right after we got there. It would help to get a grid of the area's schedule so we could be prepared. There were candles, but a nice light would also help. There are feather pillows that are very comfortable, but good to know ahead of time for people who are allergic to dust and feathers. The residents parked in our car park and there was no other car park available as there was building work on the opposite side of the road. We couldn't get hold of the owner, so we just went to knock on the main house. They were very friendly and immediately moved their car. The owner did call us back later to make sure everything was in order. There is no shower soap in the shower as in the photos. The sofa by the TV also looks different and is very hard and uncomfortable. Only 1 tea bag. For what we needed it was perfectly adequate, but I hope the information above helps someone else arrive prepared.

We had a pleasant time.
Comfortable, clean accommodation. Just missed a bottle opener. The air conditioner does not heat, so it was just cold. However, there is a heater which I used and the bedding was nice and warm.
The cover photo is of a private house, not the unit. The unit is a long, narrow building. The parking is open and on the sidewalk. There was no WiFi. The couch that has been turned into a bed is old and does not sleep comfortably. There was also a large, wet spot as if the previous guests had possibly spilled water. The one blanket that was in the closet was stored with food spilled on it. The wall heater is broken. The standing fan is full of dust. We had 8 pm to 10 pm loadshedding and all the unit offered was one candle holder. No standby flash or bulb. Between the bathroom, bedroom and living area, the one candle holder is not sufficient and we had to get by with cell phone flashes. Sorry to say, but other places for R600 offer much better overnight accommodation.
I am very full of doubts about accommodation. Especially that it should be neat and clean. This was really a winner. Very nice decor and style. Secure behind locked gate and door and very private. However, we were only very worried about our vehicle out on the street, but at least we were worried for nothing. Was very nice. Thank you.
We had two nights of hell at the place. The power kept going out. The geyser didn't work so we had to shower in cold water in the middle of winter! This while there was only 1 blanket between 3 of us. It was loadshedding and we only had 1 candle. Oh yeah here's another list of things that didn't work: bedside lights, the TV, heater, air conditioning, most of the lights. We sat there in the dark, freezing from the cold. Never again.

Our stay was only for 1 night. We arrived late and left early. We didn't need anything more.
There was no safe parking space for my car. Sleeping place was not scary for 3 persons.
The sofa bed for children is not very comfortable.

A toaster or induction cooker would be a big plus. No cooking facility. Other than that it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bedroom 4 was a double bed and sofa bed in the same room. It was not clearly stated in the ad and not pleasant. However, owner accommodated us with another bedroom. The shower drain drains too slowly and the design of the shower causes the bathroom floor to be flooded. The bed sleeps very well.
The accommodation was spacious and clean but the partial kitchen had no sink. No wine glasses. Towels were thin and hard. No bedroom cupboards, but hanging space in partial kitchen. Noisy compressor of bar fridge.
The place is very beautiful, I am madly in love with the shower. The bedding is nice and fluffy and warm. I would go back again anytime.
Being self catering, one should at least have catering facilities i.e. a cooker. Fortunately it did have a microwave.
There were only 2 pillows on the double bed. It's not a big problem, but think future guests might appreciate 2 per person.
We would just like to know what the WiFi password is because we couldn't see it anywhere. We also didn't know what to do with the key when we left. Luckily we found the owner outside and we were able to give him the key. An email or even just a note with the necessary information on the table would have helped with this.

The premises are not pet-friendly as advertised for the long period of time I stayed there. There is an alleged paw mark on the sofa which I have now been asked to pay R250 for cleaning.
Value for money and location is great. We had a great stay, just cold but would use this apartment again anytime.
We were a bit worried about the parking on the street, but the owner immediately offered safe parking behind a closed gate to reassure us.
It was a beautiful place and the bathroom is excellent. I would suggest a basin in the kitchen for dishes. It is however not a problem as the dishes were taken care off.
The place is clean and tidy.
No sink in kitchen, no trash. No porch. Street parking. Had to ask for towels. No internet. Dilapidated couch, no closet so you have to live out of your suitcase. Almost unrecognizable from description on the internet. To fill the kettle you have to go to the bathroom. Lots of street noise and I can go on and on about how poor it is.
I wish I could write a better review, but we got there and the place smelled like smoke, so unfortunately it gave the place a dirty feel and we decided to look for alternative accommodation instead. The couch in the room was also full of dirty marks. The description mentions that there is a stoep with a view, but this is not the case. Cars are also on the street and not behind a fence. We did not feel safe. The photos need to be updated as they no longer look exactly like the photos either. Future guests may also want to keep in mind that a cleaning fee is charged on top of the price you pay for the reservation.
We stayed in Le Fleur for two nights. Beautiful room with sitting room. Neat, clean and beautiful interior.

Would rather recommend it for a business trip or an overnight stay. Very friendly welcome and unit was neat and clean. The 'cooler box' had to be used to help out the small fridge. Just a tip that the ceiling fan in the room is not working. The porch is small and privacy can be an issue.

Very pleasant hostess who was very helpful especially because we only got there so late. Room was very neat and clean. Only problem is that there was a cleaning fee we had to pay. I don't mind paying it, but inform me before I finally book and pay. I don't like such surprises after payment has already been made. It's inconvenient and extra bank charges. State all expenses clearly on the website so you know exactly what the total costs will be.
