Clean and comfortable bed and breakfast. The kitchen prepared us a packed breakfast on request because we had to leave before breakfast preparation.
The photos of the hotel and the reality were unfortunately not the same. It's a place with so much potential, and a beautiful, quiet location, which is unfortunately not being exploited. Our television's remote control as well as the gate's batteries were flat. The room was a bit tired, but generally clean. The breakfast was average to good, but unfortunately the staff were not well trained and struggled to provide basic items such as knives and forks and hot milk on request. Unfortunately we will not be going back again.
Unplanned, short-notice booking that ended up being a great find! Staff is friendly, food lovely and accommodation beautiful.
Our air conditioning did not work. Very uncomfortable.
There was a terrible drain smell from the bathroom (Room 12). That was the only negative.
Food and service in general require attention. Food was very expensive for the quality and attention to ingredient quality. 1. Poke bowls are not a fancy name for a green salad topped with smoked salmon and vinaigrette. 2. Pasta linguine served with a white Bechamel sauce. No flavourings in it, and no cheese. Four small mushrooms and four rosa tomatoes. Appallingly unappetising. 3. Breakfast staff ignored us until I went looking for assistance. Overall a bizarre eating experience.
The hotel is quaint, inviting and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view is magnificent. The room is well fitted out and extremely comfortable.

All the boxes are ticked, but short on maintenance. Leave toilet roll holder, broken toilet flush knob, light bulb out, hot water in sink a thin stream and a drain smell in the bathroom. Not good enough for the price.
The staff were friendly & helpful, they obliged when we requested to change rooms from the ground floor to the 1st floor.

We were really impressed with Three Boutiques and would love to stay there again. Beautiful building with a lot of history and nice decor. Pieter and other staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Service great. Very nice and comfortable rooms and breathtaking view from deck. Secure parking inside security gate is a huge plus.
Best rooms, best beds, perfect location and everything so beautiful and stylish. Very friendly staff and hospitable. I can recommend anyone to stay here.
The breakfast was good and the only staff member (being the receptionist and cook) on duty, friendly. However, our bed was not turned down any of the nights and our room was not made on Sunday when we came back at 13:30. We had to kill a major cockroach in our kitchenette and my daughter had several bed-bug bites. The knifes, forks and glasses in our kitchenette did not match and it looked like someone had put his mismatched spares in the kitchen. No microwave or toaster in the kitchenette. No shuttle. Wi-Fi not working properly and we had major problems with TV streaming facilities even after reception attended to the problem. If we were aware of these problems, we would have stayed in our previous self-catering accommodation in Bloubergstrand.
Dead quiet area in a great central location. Stylish comfortable room and delicious breakfast!
We rested so well. Delicious breakfast. Waterfront was so nice nearby, been there a few times!
Highly recommend staying at Three Boutique Hotel. It is my only choice of accommodation when visiting Cape Town.
