Customer service is always very good, safe area and friendly staff.
Nice bed. I could not locate the TV channels. I also don't know where to plug in the electrical plugs of the fridge and bedside lamps.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Log Cabin hotel. People who are working there are friendly and helpful.
The place is too hidden and there are no board's giving direction.
Their workers shared the fact that I had checked in there with third parties I did not want to know I was there. I did enquire with the manager if they had a privacy policy that was known and enforced, and I also registered a complaint against what I considered was a breach of my privacy and an unauthorized disclosure of personal information to third parties.
The shower can be replaced. No television channels.
I would recommend the place, friendly and neat and quiet.
Lovely hotel, just need someone on-site to assist with things such as loud noise which we did experience due to other guests who weren't considerate.
The aircon was a big bonus until load shedding kicked in.
The log cabin was spacious, clean and fully equipped. There is a generator on-site, however, it doesn't get turned on with every bout of load shedding throughout the day.
Great venue. Piet is a wonderful host, accommodation is fantastic.

It is very nice and neat and the owners have put a lot of effort into the building and decor. You just have to keep in mind that there is a swimming pool and recreation facilities in the middle of the complex and it can get noisy. However, it stops strictly at 24h00.
Very neat units. Securely fenced site with electric fence on top of wall. Covered parking at the residential units. Daily cleaning services. Generator for when power goes out. Wifi, DStv, Netflix. Friendly and hospitable staff and owners. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay!

Place meets all your basic needs and with some extras like the pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV. The luxury units know I have Netflix on the TV too.
I would only recommend that you should set fire to the municipality to fix the potholes. It spoils your trip to a wonderful paradise.
On arrival we had a very matter of fact welcome. The geyser was switched on only when we arrived. The fridge was not switched on and other appliances were unplugged. One bedside light was not working. The bedding smelled of old cigarette smoke. There was a power outage and given how frequent these are, one would expect at least a generator connected to some basic lighting. It was very basic and although fine for one night, I don't think we will be rushing back. No hand towel was supplied and there was nobody on site to ask.
The owner Piet was wonderful and extremely helpful. The place is lovely but thanks to Eskom we had about one hours electricity from early evening until we left at 5.30am, frozen stiff. No fault of the owner. No electricity means no heating, cold shower, no coffee, etc! The tourist Industry is struggling, it's on its knees thanks to Covid and is being kept there by Eskom. Sad!
Too many things I had to ask for after checking in. The owner soon helped with that but it shouldn't be like that.
