Theresa is the best! We travel to George often for swimming galas and The Owl Apartment is by far the best accommodation we've used. It is spacious, with luxury finishes and every amenity you could wish for. Thank you for all the spoils, Theresa. We will definitely be back!
The Owl apartment is just perfect: spacious, with a lovely fireplace and wonderful views over the montains. It has everything we needed and the personal touches from Theresa were much appreciated. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in George.
Beds were super comfy. Load shedding not a problem. Very comfortable and welcoming stay. Host was so helpful and accommodating. Just the spiral staircase was not the greatest, so would only recommend the place for a family with teenagers and not youngsters and definitely not for the elderly. Otherwise would definitely recommend it.

The accommodation was perfect for us as a family with everything we could need. Theresa has thought of everything to make one's time there as comfortable as possible.

We had everything we needed. Theresa is a wonderful, attentive host who made us feel very welcome with treats, flowers everywhere and keeping us updated about loadshedding. For the chilly evenings there is a gas heater and a fireplace.
Wow what a surprise- home away from home plus more. Spacious, very clean and such a warm welcome. A packet of snacks and spoils. 1st time ever that we did not have to use our own knifes (always travel with them because of poor quality and blunt pairing knives in the kitchen). Everything was thought of. Brilliant shower and we both slept like a baby as the area is so quiet. Possibly only concern was the internal stairs going down- up was no problem but had the outside stairs to carry stuff up so that resolved any problems. But Theresa attention to detail and ensuring our stay was the best was highly appreciated and we will be back.
Thank you Theresa for the effort you make to make the stay special for your guests. Thanks also for the treats, where cost was clearly not a factor for you. Fast internet was of good quality and full DStv will appeal to many others. Loads of space inside with a dishwasher and washing machine in unit. Access control with electric gate and secure parking for 2 cars. Alarm system was also available. Two of the 3 bedrooms open onto a large deck with beautiful mountain views. Our privacy is respected. There was even a pantry with the necessary items and more. The hostess has clearly thought of everything to make guests' stay special and carefree. The beds were very comfortable and a gas heater and fireplace were available. A portable braai was available. Decor and linen show good taste and there was no misrepresentation regarding the description of the unit.
We can highly recommend The Owl Apartment. We have booked and stayed all over SA and The Owl Apartment is by far the best. Theresa made us feel welcome even before we checked in. All the extras and personal messages during our stay made us feel more like family than guests. The Owl Apartment was neat, clean and perfectly located with a beautiful view. I would highly recommend The Owl Apartment. It is a neat, luxurious guest house that is completely private and also fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, storage space and enough living space to make the stay wonderful. It is very safe and also secure parking for cars. We were treated to hospitality and treats upon arrival. Rooms beautifully prepared and Theresa so friendly and helpful. Close to Botanical Garden and mountain hiking trails. Great for cyclists. Very centrally located for a lovely break to the Garden Route.

The Owl Apartment is amazing. The location couldn't be better. Right on the mountain with mountain bike and hiking trails that can keep you busy for days. The apartment is large, very clean and tidy. Theresa really thought of als when she decorated the place. A full kitchen with everything you need, a nice braai area, covered parking, fast WiFi, and a full DStv package. We were welcomed with biscuits, cookies and other tasty snacks. We recommend The Owl Apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay in George and will definitely be back.

A warm welcome that immediately made me feel at home. The apartment has all amenities imaginable that made you feel very comfortable and at ease. The view of the mountain was breathtaking.
Our stay was fantastic! Thank you Teresa for the love that is in the house, the care for your guests, that you are willing to make an effort for your guests no matter how much effort.
