15 guests' feedbackWe enjoyed every minute. WiFi was not working the whole weekend. Daniel tried to assist. He was really sweet. A suggestion would be to make sure that everything is in working order before visitors arrive. All in all, it was an awesome weekend. This is definitely a place to visit again.
Superb location, coupled with the great weather and a sparkling pool, made for a lovely stay. Lots of bird life, walking distance to the lake and Saturday market. Lots of space around the house for kids to run around. We felt very safe in the area. The house had lots of extras: kids' games, swimming pool noodles, load shedding lights, and a washing machine. The WiFi cut out halfway through our stay, but it was no big deal.

The few days at The Reeds on the island at Sedgefield were very pleasant for us. We slept and had a great time as the weather for the first few days was incredibly nice, almost summer weather. When the rain and cold arrived, it was also wonderful to work and relax there, thanks to the WiFi access. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and safe. The garden and pool were neat and in perfect condition. Although the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms was somewhat of a surprise, it was an interesting part of our stay. Everything was in great condition and working order. We appreciated the rechargeable light during load shedding. We would love to stay there again in the future.
The house was comfortable but the main bedroom's bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Safe area, kids enjoyed pool. House is spacious and we as 6 people stayed comfortably for a week. Thanks again, appreciate it.
The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool, it looks nothing like the picture above and in much need of refurbishment. The photo should probably be updated to provide a truer reflection of the current situation. File indicated spare light bulbs in the bottom drawer (there was nothing - we bought our own) and matches in the braai box (there weren't any). The air conditioning upstairs was fantastic. The washing machine was a nice surprise - this should be mentioned in the advert. We would advise adding WiFi into the offering, especially in our current digital world. Happy to provide some further feedback if required.
Positive comments: cotton linen would be nice on the beds and perhaps brighter lighting in kitchen, otherwise perfect.
Nice break after busy week. Quiet environment. Was well equipped. Children especially enjoyed the pool. Will definitely come again.

The Reeds is a very spacious house that is very well equipped with everything you need.
Layout of the house is a lovely place for a nice family visit and break away. Everything one needs is there!
Loved every bit, enjoyed ourselves.
Quiet and value for money, however, braai stand area should be upgraded with sufficient lightning.
