ThelJean Cottage is a self-catering accommodation located in the Drakensberg Gardens area. This quaint, stone faced cottage is nestled in the foothills of the Southern Drakensberg. Completely surrounded in the front by mountains and crystal clear rivers, it boasts an unhindered view of Garden Castle and Rhino Horn. The view from the garden is impressive. This setting is ideal for a romantic getaway and equally suitable for a family weekend or holiday.

Accommodation is available for 12 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite and 1 which is a 6 sleeper bunk rooms. There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the house. The main bedroom upstairs boasts incredible views of Garden Castle, visible from the luxury of the bed, as well as a balcony overlooking the garden and mountain-scape.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The living area has dining space and the lounge area is spacious and has comfortable seating and a large fireplace.

Winters are great, spent around the fire and bar area. If you are lucky you could be greeted by magnificent views of snow covered mountains or wild Eland that often frequent the garden. Summers can be spent frolicking in one of the many nearby mountain pools, walks in the mountains, horse riding, golf, trout fishing, tubing and mountain biking.
