This farmhouse can accommodate 10 guests in total and it comprises 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The rooms furnished with either a queen-size, a bunk and some with double beds. Two of the rooms have their own bathroom and the rest share a bathroom with other rooms.
The lounge area comes with a TV and selected DStv channels, while a well-equipped kitchen with the basic cutlery, pots, pans, a 2-plate stove, fridge and a small freezer is available. Those who want to braai can use the indoor or outdoor braai. Grids are provided, but guests need to order wood beforehand at an additional cost.
This working farm offers 3000-hectares of open roads for hikers and bikers to explore. There is a farm dam with a wooden deck located approximately 100 m from the house that guests will love, especially in the summer time. This area is famous for its spectacular display of flowers in early spring after good winter rain.

21 guests' feedbackWe had a great stay, the house has a lovely farm atmosphere. Indoor braai was a winner well served as a fireplace against the cold. Bedding deliciously cozy. Friendly hostess, quick response to questions.
Wow! This place is spacious, beautiful wooden floors with lots of character and old world charm. Hostess was very attentive, very helpful and nothing was too much. Communication and correspondence throughout the booking process was great. Loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely old farmhouse with wooden floors in the heart of Namaqua flower country. We only stayed one night but definitely a good place for longer stays on a working farm.

Lovely farm cottage, off the grid with most hospitable hosts. Small touches such as rusks and muesli for breakfast a bonus. Bed in our room most comfortable and whole cottage highest Cleanliness.
Future is a lovely big house for a group of friends. Everything needed is provided, even eggs and milk. We had a great barbecue. I would definitely recommend Toekoms.

Lovely stay thank you, Ita and Anette made it so comfortable and easy, from the moment I booked, more than expected communication before and after departure, extremely friendly and happy environment. Unfortunately I arrived quite late and in the dark, therefor next time I will make sure to arrive earlier and enjoy the fresh farm air and beautiful surroundings.

We felt very much at home on the farm, and the beautiful old house was nicely decorated with all the essentials. We felt very safe. The rooms are large and the beds wonderfully comfortable. The gas showers were a bit of a challenge to regulate the temperature, but otherwise lovely. The cold weather made you want to keep building a nice big fireplace. It would have been very nice if they had included a crate of wood in the rate. The directions on the website were from Calvinia, but are actually from the Cape side, so we had to ask around the town about which way the farm was, and how far out of town. The GPS coordinates were not accurate.
