7 guests' feedbackTwinnPalms Accommodation is a wonderful place and I actually admired the environment and especially the caretaker, she is very precise in cleaning the house and maintained a polite gesture with customers at all time. The current status of the facility is great, except that there is a need to keep the fireplace burning to keep thetemperature in the house at a considerate level. The temperature in Cape Town is very low and we weren't previously informed that keeping the fireplace burning with wood was our sole responsibility.
The guest house is very neat and the beds are very comfortable.
I just loved the place.
Awesome place for a group of friends who wants to have fun and party, but only if you book the whole house.
Cigarette smoke all through the building, rooms without en suite, unsafe area.
The house was tidy and the service friendly. Very well located and safe, would stay there again.
The pool was lovely and the braai andn entertainment area top notch. Felt safe and most of all their Covid procedures were up to standard. The rooms are big, linen fresh and the place was spotless. Most of all, the host was very accommodating and friendly and went the extra mile. I recommend this place for both old and especially young couples or groups.
