5 guests' feedbackThe photos versus the real units are not the same. You can see that units are not kept clean and are not properly cleaned. Bit small for the price you pay per day per unit. Unit's spare room was dirty, and when the beds were moved there were old apples under the bed. The braai could not be used, was broken, and had a large hole in the grate. The environment was very nice and beautiful. There was a lot of noise at other units. I personally will not use them again. Only one aircon in one room, rest of the rooms have no aircon.
Pleasant and a breath of fresh air.
The chalet was very nice and tidy, but there were only one or two things that we thought did not fit a place of this price range. First, there was only one towel. We had to ask reception for more towels. The shower also leaked underneath onto the floor. The chair by the dressing table where my wife wanted to dry her hair fell into pieces when she pulled it out (At least it was repaired the same day). So we say, beautiful and nice, but. The little things. However, we had a very nice stay.
Comfortable place to stay with adequate provision for water and power outages. Speaks Afrikaans and is friendly.
We were "upgraded" to a 6 sleeper, after only booking a 4 sleeper, but the room we went to was flooded the night before (according to worker). The room had the most horrible smell that could be described as wet carpets that musty. There was no other room available (don't know what happened to the 4 sleeper we booked). It was not a good experience at all, according to a worker the room must have been blocked because of the water and unfortunately we were the family that had to experience it. I am not happy that my family had to experience that. Everyone is very quick to take my money for a booking and also request a deposit before I can book in, but when I got in I just had to sit with the stinking room. I would not recommend it at all, very poor.
