Ballito is just a lekker place; good vibes and awesome scenery.
We don't like to complain at all, but the following can help make the visit more comfortable for others. The fans in the whole apartment are really inadequate. With the morning sun in full force on the apartment it is impossible to survive in the rooms. More efficient fans or an air conditioner instead of a TV could do the trick? We were booked in for 11 nights so laundry is a given, no laundry basket. No back-up lights, etc. when there are power cuts, almost daily load shedding. Master bedroom could do with a more comfortable mattress. But all things considered, it was very nice to stay at Utopia.
Was nice to be able to walk to the beach. The place to stay was very neat and clean. I really like the way the agents explain everything nicely to make your arrival easy, especially if you don't know the town well. Very good hospitality and great service. Place looks just like on photos, nice and nice stay there.
Had an issue with the hot water is was sorted immediately once I sent Elsbeth the message. She responds quickly and efficiently. I have recommended this place an shared the website with my friends.
Thank you Elsbeth for a wonderful stay. Everything was as advertised, we especially appreciated the extra amenities like DStv, WiFi, aircon, a coffee machine and cleaning service. The only thing I could suggest is that the stove be upgraded and perhaps the pans too, as cooking proved to be a bit difficult. The rest of the unit is very modern and neat. We will definitely recommend Utopia@LaBallito to friends and family.
Very neat and clean apartment. Very nice stay. Well located and walking distance from the beach. Shop and restaurant on your doorstep so to speak.
We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. The air-conditioning, ceiling fans, DStv, coffee machine and dishwasher all contributed to a luxurious stay. The free WiFi was a plus and especially appreciated by the kids.
We had a very nice stay here. It is a very beautiful, neat and safe place. I would just suggest that the place needs a bigger geyser, or it needs to be set hotter. If there are two people bathing/showering next to each other then the second person does not have hot water. But other than that, it's an awesome place!
