23 guests' feedback1. I received no pre-communication on where to get keys etc. I have made contact to receive these. 2. Broken bath in 2nd bathroom. Could not be used and did notify the contact. I was traveling with my wife and 2 girls. 3. Not sufficient glasses during our stay - did notify contact. 4. Water leaking on lower level of building terribly - did inform contact. 5. Some blankets and cushions are dirty. 6. I did choose a more expensive stay for a reason and was disappointed! The easiest things to get right were not done. 7. It is clear that an inspection before arrival was not done!
At the price we expected a lot more.

The unit offers everything one needs for a wonderful stay, with a sea view that is breathtakingly beautiful. It offers privacy and provides that permanent vacation feeling that the city kid craves.

The apartment is exceptional, nothing more is needed, walking distance to everything one could need, well equipped, everything works, and the best view there is. Even the weather and a whale played along. Alandra is the most efficient hostess we have ever had, made sure we were up to date with all the instructions of what to do and what to expect with step by step directions with no surprises. Will definitely do it again. Thank you very much.
Views are fantastic and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable.
Baie lekker plek met 'n pragtige uitsig. Parkeerarea is bietjie knap, maar anders baie lekker en waarde vir jou geld. Sal beslis weer die plekkie boek. Die weer was ongelukkig ook nie aan ons kant nie, maar daar was board games wat ons besig gehou het in die huisie.
It's a wonderful apartment with amazing views. Very neat and it has everything that you need. Just bring your own food.
The location and condition as well as the decor inside the apartment are top notch. I only had an issue with the alarm, although I understand the need for an alarm, understanding/working it was quite troublesome. One could not notice when the alarm is off or on and if you e.g. window opens roof he shouts. Parking was small.
Was pleasantly surprised with Telena 4. Modern and comfortable, nothing was missing, everything was provided for. Fantastic view of the sea. Very well located, walking distance to the sea, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a family with children. Very good service received from owners.
We enjoyed it very much. It's a very neat place and would recommend it to anyone. Parking is a bit tight but overall definitely worth it. Will definitely be back next year.
We were pleasantly surprised with our overnight stay at Telena. The unit is beautifully and modernly equipped, with everything needed. You can also relax wonderfully on the veranda with an excellent sea view. The beach is just across the street so convenient and easy to get to. I would return to Telena again anytime, and was sorry we couldn't stay longer than one night.
Thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and luxury offered at Telena 4.
However, we would have appreciated a morning coffee/tea and there are no bath towels which was a very big problem. We had to hastily buy bath towels at Spar, for which we had no room in our luggage the next day on the boat.
Will definitely book here again! We slept soundly. The unit is really nice and neat with a fantastic sea view.

A stunning apartment, so well equipped - everything you need is available. Nice warm blankets (wouldn't have survived without it!) for the cold evenings in front of the TV. Unfortunately the apartment doesn't get any sun - we were there during winter so the apartment remained cold the entire time. We chose not to make use of the air conditioning. Very safe apartment. But we were 5 adults and there was never enough hot water for 5 people. Every morning and evening only enough for 1,5 quick shower. After that no hot water for the next couple of hours. Beautiful bath tubs in both bathrooms but no way that there would be enough hot water for a bath! It was quite disappointing.
Telena 4 is one thing - and that's stunning! The flat is luxurious and so spacious. The patio and view is simply wonderful! And the owner Christine is so friendly and helpful. I will recommend this unit to anyone!
