Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.The host, family members, neighbours, and other guests on the property must be respected at all times.
No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 pm to 08:00 am.
No illegal activities or behaviour will be tolerated, and the local authorities will be notified should this not be adhered to.
Visitors are not allowed on the premises.
Should the above rule be broken, an additional R400 will be charged per visitor head. The main guest will be responsible for the payment of the fee.
Only vehicles of booked and registered guests will be allowed on the premises.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bins provided inside and outside the units.
Use of the swimming pool, fire pits, boma, or braai areas are to be used at the guest’s own risk. The owner or any employee will not be responsible for any damage or injuries caused.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Report any damages or breakages in a reasonably timely manner and damages must be paid by the main guests.
Guests may be asked to leave the premises should any of these rules not be kept. No refund will be applicable should you be asked to leave the premises due to non-compliance with the house rules.
Clean and fresh towels will be provided after every second-night stay.
Full cleaning service and clean linen will be provided after every 7th-night stay for long-term stays.
